::Sales rep, female, with short blonde hair rushed the sale of 2 prepaid cards. She didn't ask any questions and even after it was deemed we didn't have our mobiles unlocked, she completed the transaction and then coldly advised there was no refunds. When we asked to speak to a manager, she stepped into the back room and came back and said he was on a call and there would be nothing he could do anyway. We now have two prepaid cards we can't use. When she knew our phones wouldn't work, she should have stopped the sale. SHAME on Digicell and this employee for such poor customer service and for using sleazy sales tactics.
