  A new hotel on the Island that is very customer satisfaction oriented. From their private beach right off the heated pool with great views, to rooms that are spacious and comfortable. The bell staff goes out of their way to get travel accommodations. The front desk has great local insight. We will be back.

  Best dinner I had in Bermuda. Amazing views, delicious food. Thank you so much. Shame Dion does not work there anymore, his service was excellent. Also celebrated NYE here, very nice party. Better and safer coat storage would be a tip for next year.

  Wanted to commend the staff at your establishment. We did not stay here but will be future guests. We were looking for a place to have an amazing meal and watch the Stanley Cup. The team at the Loren was beyond accommodating and our experience was off the charts. Cole went above and beyond to give us a private room to accomedate our needs. He was such a pleasure and extended extraordinary hospitality. Our server, Amry gave excellent service and took our experience with the Loren hotel to the next level! We will be staying here at our next visit to Bermuda! Very impressed by our whole experience this evening. 5 stars!

  My wife and I just stayed at The Loren for three nights. We were both blown away with how beautiful the location was and the property itself. All of the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Also all of the food there was delicious. Definitely five stars. We will be back!
