::Have never had good service with this bank since the days it ceased trading as Capital G. They are over zealous in pursuing customer's personal information, their online banking continuously locks you out, and they do not publish email contacts on their website. Their compliance department needs to be reined-in: it should be all about 'Known Your Customer', not pestering existing customers, who have already been vetted, with onerous compliance demands every time the customer opens a new type of account, and annual inquisitions thereafter.
