Quiet and casual café just at the entrance of Washington Mall. It's best for breakfast and brunch with sandwiches, quiches, and small buffet. There is an expresso bar with the usual coffee options, and a juice bar for fruit smoothies. The smoothies are definitely not 100% natural since mine had a distinct taste of "lemon flavouring", but they taste decent and come in a good size. Service is friendly and table service is offered.
