The best classes on Island. I have taken class with both Jen and Nat, who are super friendly and welcoming. The classes are a great variety from yoga to dance and pilates combined. They work you hard, but are very helpful if you have an injury and need to adjust what you're doing. You'll sweat, have an amazingly fun time, get so fit, and see amazing results in no time!
