::We had a very sick moggy and rang for an appointment on a weekend. Accommodating and told us to come straight around, and we were given immediate attention - no wait whatsoever. I felt confident in the vet's assessment and we left the cat in their care for monitoring. Unfortunately kitty didn't make it through the day and had a seizure about three hours after we dropped her off. Not the fault of the vet or the practice, just the way it is.
