  Hello Island Tour Centre, Thanks 🙏 for booking a fantastic ship wreck snorkeling tour for me. The boat ride was perfect. The shipwrecks: Sea Venture, Constellation were amazing to see. I will definitely book again. Thanks, Tammy

  This review has nothing to do with the actual excursions and tours provided by Island Tour Centre, but with their customer service. We booked a whale watching trip for a Sunday morning and were preparing to go until it was canceled by Island Tour Centre on Saturday afternoon. When I spoke to Michelle (by phone), she said we could use the money towards another trip, or they could refund us. We couldn't fit any of the other options in, so I asked for a refund, got a receipt saying I was refunded $200USD, and thought nothing more of it. Once I got home from my trip a few days later, I realized that they'd kept the $5 admin fee from each reservation. $10 isn't much, but I was offered a full refund, so I expected one. I called them back and managed to speak to Michelle again. This time she told me that the admin fee is non-refundable under any circumstance and that I'd agreed to the terms and conditions on their website. Their terms and conditions don't differentiate between if I'd canceled the booking (in which case, fine, keep the $5 admin fee) and if it's canceled by the business. I pointed that out but it didn't seem to matter to Michelle. I then pointed out that if they were truly sticking to their cancelation policy, I should be charged 100% of the trip cost, since it clearly states, "Any cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled program time will be charged full price of scheduled program," and again doesn't differentiate between if I cancel it or if they cancel it. Absolutely avoid this place. They do not care about your experience and there are other places that do whale watching excursions that aren't as scummy. There is nothing to stop them from taking your booking, canceling the trip, and pocketing the money anyway. Not worth it. Go somewhere else.

  Agency that offers lots of tours with other companies. Best ones are any of the Eco tours (bikes or hidden gems) or kj water sports (st George's). Boat cruise (glass bottom) was good too

  They provide all kind of tours. It is a great place to know everything you can do in the island. The store do not open usually on Sundays (only during high sessions). The website has tons of information.

  We just came from a cruise to Bermuda on Norweigan Cruise Lines, but we booked our jet ski rentals and snuba diving directly through the island toire center. Shaun was our tour guide for the her skiis and he was awesome. We had the best time. We are not afraid to go fast and he took us for a great ride and an amazing tour, we fed fish, and saw a shipwreck. So cool. The snuba diving was awesome with John. He was patient and so nice and the underwater snuba diving was fantastic. I booked online before we left for the scuba diving which was so easy through the website. The jet skiis we booked last minute when we walked off the ship. Both absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend booking thtough island toure center. Very convenient location right off the cruise ship too.
