::Imagine a diagram where there are three circles. In one circle there is love, in another power and in another wisdom. Shanell is someone in whom these three phenomena overlap and align for the benefit and betterment of all those who are lucky enough to discover her. Before I attended her yoga classes I felt like I was drowning in doubts and worry and insecurity. I had lost sight of the things that mattered most to me. By the end of my very first class I felt like I had finally come up for air. Shanell's classes were more than an invitation to breathe again, they reconnected me to my own beauty and strength. With each class, it felt as though parts of me that I had lost were being returned. Her classes have strengthened me both physically and spiritually in a way that nothing else has come close to. I'd taken yoga before but with Shanell it's about more than exercise or flexibility, it's about healing, your healing. Even in a full class you feel seen and appreciated and cared for.
