Purchased a replacement charging unit here for my MacBook Air and provided the clerk with both model and serial number. Brought it home, and it was the wrong sized connector. Upon return of the product, I got a ton of attitude and snotty looks from the clerk, clearly implying somehow the mistake was mine. No apology for the inconvenience, nothing. Rude staff.

As a tourist in Bermuda, my CC was declined because I didn't tell the CC company where I was, and I desperately needed to get an apple product as a gift for someone on my last day. The wonderful gentlemen at the store let me use their phone (and went over and above when it was long distance) , sorted out what I needed, and then insisted I donate what I wanted to leave as a tip to charity instead. SO HELPFUL and kind, even when I was confused and insisted on what would have been a non-helpful way of doing things. Go here for great service!
